CBS News reported Tuesday that senior officials across several federal agencies have discussed how to resettle Palestinians from Gaza, potentially using the United States Refugee Admissions Program.

Michael Meyden, 57, was released on $50,000 bail in March after being charged with multiple felonies when the 12-year-olds tested positive for benzodiazepines in hospital. A student spokesperson (left) insisted that Columbia University still has an 'obligation' to feed those illegally occupying Hamilton Hall. The occupation is the latest escalation in the protests which have rocked the Ivy League campus since April 17, when an encampment sprung up. The demonstration shows now signs of abating and the NYPD warned occupations could pop across other university buildings or campuses across the country.

NEW A new utopia-like community called City Campus is set to launched on Mat 11 in downtown San Francisco. It will allow people to 'live, eat and work' all within a 15-minute walk. The plan was created by four 'community builders', Patricia Mou, Thomas Schulz, Jason Benn and Adi Melamed. According to the nonprofit's website , the goals of the new urban space is for people to 'find and pursue you life's work, meet inspiring collaborators, live near friends, raise kids in community, do focused work and engage in civic and social life.'

As of Tuesday morning, 18 people had been taken into custody over the Boca Bash weekend, during which thousands of revelers took to the sea for a wild party where liquor flowed freely, and clothes were stripped off. The revelers face charges related to boating under the influence and drug offenses, with released mugshots showing their haggard, red faces and bleary eyes in the aftermath of the rowdy gathering. Arrested by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Officers, the partygoers have been booked into the Palm Beach County Jail by Tuesday morning, as reported by Boca News. Unidentified Boca Bash revelers previously sparked fury after they were caught on camera pouring their cans and bottles into the water and openly celebrating the littering as they left the infamous bash on Sunday.

Karen Read, 44, is on trial in Norfolk Superior Court, south of Boston, claiming she was framed for the murder of John O'Keefe, a 16-year Boston cop, by police as part of a vast conspiracy. A wild brawl broke out at a Virginia theme park on Sunday involving two groups of visitors.  Shocking footage of the incident shows a group of men throwing punches at another man inside Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia.   The incident took place around 5:30pm when a disagreement broke out between two different groups of visitors in the queue for the Pantheon rollercoaster, which first opened in 2022.  

The average single-family home in Jackson and Teton County, Wyoming now costs over $7 million, according to a new report. Americans are flocking to rural Wyoming drawn by the TV show Yellowstone. 'Today (in Jackson), we have 1.2% of our properties on the market. We have almost 13,000 deeds, but we only have 150 listings,'  broker David Viehman said.

After 25 years of drought, Lake Casitas in Ventura County was finally declared to have reached capacity last week after storms from last year pushed water levels to 70 percent - and this year's intense weather conditions gave the reservoir the final push. On Friday, a steady stream of water spilled from the previously drought-stressed reservoir - despite being at just 28 percent in 2022. The water had reached the spillway's elevation at 567 feet - allowing water to finally start trickling down the spillway once again, according to the Casitas Municipal Water District. Lake Casitas, which is fed water by two creeks and a diversion structure, hasn't spilled since 1998.

Dave Portnoy was accompanied by a woman almost half his age when he sat courtside at the Boston Celtics game Monday night.  Camryn D'Aloia, a 25-year-old recent college graduate, sat beside the 47-year-old Barstool Sports founder as they watched their home team defeat the Miami Heat.  The pair both hail from Massachusetts, however D'Aloia still resides in Boston while Portnoy has since relocated to Miami - where Monday's game was played.
