  7. For Incoming Mail Server most users use POP and so will enter: pop.mm.com
If you're using IMAP instead of POP, enter imap.mm.com
You'll probably want to leave the check next to Use Global Inbox.
For Outgoing Mail Server, enter smtp.mm.com
    Click Next.

  8. For Incoming User Name:, enter your 3 to 8 character username or mailbox name (in all lower case).
For Outgoing User Name:, leave it blank (unless you have SMTP Authentication enabled, then enter your username and password. You normally will not have SMTP authentication enabled unless specifically told to do so.)
    Click Next.

  9. For Account Name:, enter whatever word/s you will recognize as the name for this account. Examples are: Jane's mm.com mail; pop.mm.com; pop.mm.com e-mail. Click Next.

  10. When the Congratulations! screen displays, click Finish.
Now you need to change the Outgoing Server Port Number and enable SMTP Authentication. Do this by:
  • On the left-hand side of the screen, click once on the name of your e-mail account here. Click on View Settings for this Account.
  • On the LEFT-hand side of that screen, click on Outgoing Server (SMTP), which appears near the bottom of the list.
